Why 3D

Photos show the best angle. A walkthrough shows the room.

People shortlist online. A tour answers the questions that decide whether they inquire, before they ever pick up the phone.

“Will it fit?” gets answered early

Planners check the layout, ceiling height, light and where the bar or the band could go, on their own time.

Site visits with people who already like it

Guests who walked the room online arrive knowing the space. Fewer viewings for spaces that were never a fit.

Live in days, not weeks

Two minutes of filming on your phone, a private preview in about 48 hours, and it goes live as soon as you approve.

A one-time price

From $199 per space, with the first year of hosting included. No camera to rent and no subscription to start.

On your website and Google Maps

Embed it with one line on your site, link it from your Google Maps listing, inquiry replies and Instagram bio.

Opens on any phone

It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop. Nothing to install for your guests.

FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Something else? Email us and you’ll hear back within one business day.

How fast do I get my tour?

Usually a private preview within about 48 hours of receiving your video. Very large spaces or tricky footage can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.

How long does the free preview last?

The private preview link stays open for 14 days, so you can look around, share it with your team and decide. Building it usually takes about 48 hours from receiving your video.

What if I don’t like the preview?

Then you don’t pay. You see the exact tour before any invoice. If your video isn’t usable, we tell you what to re-film.

Can it go on my Google Maps listing?

Google doesn’t let anyone embed an interactive 3D tour inside a listing. What works: put the tour link on your listing and in your replies, and keep the full tour on your own website. On request we can also render 360° photos from your tour for you to upload to the listing.

Will it work on my website?

Yes. Squarespace (Code block), WordPress (Custom HTML block), Wix (Embed HTML), Webflow and Showit all accept a standard iframe. We send the snippet and can install it for you.

Is it a real scan or AI-generated?

Real. We reconstruct the space from the frames of your video with a technique called Gaussian splatting. We don’t invent furniture, rooms or views, so the tour matches what guests will find.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Any recent iPhone or Android phone works; follow the filming guide. Prefer not to film? Ask us to come and film it.

What about guests or staff in the footage?

Film when the room is empty. Your video is used only to build your tour and is never shared.

Are the demos on this page your clients?

No. They are real places captured by other creators and published under a Creative Commons licence (credits). We re-encoded them for the web to show how a tour looks and moves. Your tour is built from your own footage.
